Laboratory and other facilities design

At LSC, we carry out the conceptual design of both new and existing facilities. Including design of spaces, selection of equipment and determination of facilities and associated service networks. Laboratories, animals, greenhouses, clean rooms, etc.

We provide support to contractors, Design managers, engineers in any stage of the design project (concept, schematic, development), construction works execution or commissioning.

Development and implementation of Management Systems

Development and implementation of Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems (ISO 45001) and Biological Risk Management (CWA 15793 and ISO 35001). Design and preparation of documentation (Manual, procedures, records, etc.). Implementation and supervision of System operation. Internal audits. Integration with other Management Systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001).

Facilities and activities legalization

Drafting and presentation of the required technical documentation. Follow-up of the application files until they are obtained. Biological Agents, Genetically Modified Organisms, Hazardous Wastes.

Elaboration of internal working practices documents

Drafting of basic guides and safety and hygiene manuals.
Drafting of standard operating procedures and technical instructions.

Dangerous waste management

Design of hazardous waste management plans. Control of production, segregation, collection, internal transport, storage and transfer to authorized waste management companies.

Preventive activities management

Advice on and development of biological, chemical and radiological risk assessments.
Support and advice to the client's prevention service. Support and advice in the management of preventive activity. Operational surveillance plan for the monitoring of established practices.
